Want to kick off the new day full of energy? Finally want to give yoga a try? A new attempt to build a regular practice? If this sounds like you, my classes are exactly for you!
In 30-minute classes, you will
- Stretch your body from head to toe
- Combine breath with movements
- Mindfully observe your body
- Try some strengthening exercises - and maybe work up a sweat
- Stretch your muscles and ligaments
… and start your day feeling energized.
We practice the yoga style vinyasa, in which poses (“asanas”) are not held distinctly one by one, but connected in a dynamic flow.
All morning sessions are independent of each other, so you can participate in as many as you like.
Who? Open to all levels! My offer is for you whether you want to try yoga for the first time or you are already practicing. You decide for yourself how far you want to go and what feels good for your body.
Where? On your mat with a good internet connection for Zoom. If you would like, you can turn on your camera.
What to bring? The most important thing is comfortable clothes. And then a mat (or some other soft, non-slippery surface), two yoga blocks and a light blanket would be ideal. If you don’t have blocks, books or a baking tin have also proven helpful.
Languages? The Tuesday class is in German; the Thursday class is in English.
Cost? I offer these classes on a donation basis. Any amount is welcome. The recommendation would be 5-7 EUR per class. My bank account information is Judith Borowski DE33 1203 0000 1073 1143 22 BIC BYLADEM1001. Since I am not a non-profit organization, the donation is not deductible.
